SHUI
Feng
Shui (pronounced Fung Shway) means 'wind and water'. This
is the ancient Chinese art of placement. Feng Shui is a way
of analyzing, understanding and re-arranging the environment
of your home and office for optimum luck, health and prosperity.
The Chinese and many other Asian cultures use Feng Shui as
way of deflecting bad luck and optimizing success and happiness
for all family members. The use of interior design (including
colors and placement of objects), exterior design (including
gardens and exterior decoration) as well as other techniques,
such as date of birth, are part of Feng Shui.
REIKI
 Reiki
is a system of energy healing which has come to the mainland
United States from ancient Hindu and Buddhist systems through
Japan, then Hawaii. Reiki is handed down from teacher to student.
This system of healing uses ancient symbols to focus the mind
and energy in order to help the body and mind heal itself.
Reiki is taught in small classes so students can receive individualized
instruction regarding the appropriate and correct use of hand
positions and the correct use of the REIKI symbols as healing
tools.
YOGA
Yoga is a thousand year old system of exercise that not only
gears the body to physical health and fitness, but also towards
spiritual growth and (with luck and dedication) enlightenment.
The major component of yoga, making the body more flexible,
also helps to quiet the mind and render it more susceptible
to divine influence.

MEDITATION
Meditation (JNANA) is the royal path to spiritual progress.
It is also the king of the metaphysical traditions, the source
of all spiritual activity and the source of all divine inspiration.
We teach a variety of meditation techniques, working from
the perspective that not one size fits all. The use of the
individual's preferred meditation practice will lead to increased
personal happiness, increased physical, mental and emotional
health, and help the individual deal with problem areas constructively
and creatively as they arise.
